Product Information

Silicone Gasket

Silicone gaskets are flexible silicone-rubber components providing heat resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration damping and anti-slip performance. Main categories are thermal pads and general-purpose gaskets.

Thermal Silicone Pads

Thermal pads fill air gaps between electronic components and heat sinks, reducing contact thermal resistance and improving heat dissipation.

Thermally conductive fillers, such as alumina and boron nitride, are added to silicone.

Additional functions include electrical insulation, vibration damping and sealing.

Applications include AI hardware, telecommunications, new-energy equipment and consumer electronics.

Typical temperature range is -40°C to 200°C; some grades reach 230°C.

General-Purpose Silicone Gaskets

Used in household appliances, electronics, automotive and medical equipment.

Typical operating range: -40°C to 230°C.

The source describes food-grade silicone as non-toxic and compliant with environmental requirements such as RoHS.

Wear and aging resistance provide durability.

Smooth, oil-resistant surfaces can be cleaned with water or a damp cloth.

Applications

Kitchen products: Heat-resistant mats and draining mats with anti-slip, easy-clean properties.

Industrial equipment: Vibration damping, anti-slip and sealing.

Electronics: Thermal management.

Selection

Choose material, temperature range and thickness for the application. Kitchen products need food-grade material; electronic thermal pads require suitable thermal conductivity and thickness.
